Instructions

• In order to return one of our, please call our customer service at 619-222-5891 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA).

Rules & Restrictions

• Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
• Standard items purchase directly from Harbor SportsGear can be returned for full credit within 30 days with the original receipt.
• Custom made items are not returnable and are not refundable but do carry our workmanship guarantee.
• Shipping and handling costs and non refundable.
• Sale items are not returnable and are not refundable.
• Refunds are processed with 15 days after the items is received in our facility.
