Our Guarantee:

We stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it, in new condition, with your sales receipt within thirty days of purchase. We will replace it or refund your money.

We also guarantee the stitching and zippers on every bag or accessory we sell for as long as the original buyer owns it. If a zipper fails or the stitching comes loose, please return the item to us with your sales receipt. We will repair the stitching and replace the zipper at no charge.

Care Instructions:

Sailcloth:
All bags and accessories can be cleaned by hand with a mild soap & water solution and should be air-dried.

Zippers:
Zippers need to be lubricated from time to time to keep them sliding freely, especially in a salt water environment.  Lip balm lubricates zippers in much the same way it lubricates lips.  Rub a clear scent-free tube-style balm over the zipper teeth, working the zipper slider through the lubricated area to spread the balm around, especially at the ends of the zipper.  Wipe away excess balm after the zipper has been lubricated.  Silicone tube-style lubricant may also be used.

Credit Terms:

Harbor SportsGear will extend credit to established organizations that meet our credit requirements and intend on purchasing our products on a regular basis. Our payment terms for open accounts are Net 30 days. Authorized Distributors:
